Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably within the health tech or B2B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring event success and tracking lead-to-revenue outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to prioritize the annual event calendar of key industry events measured against business priorities and ROI potential.
  • Provide pre-event logistics planning, onsite event support and facilitation to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team and preferred vendors to design and develop TELUS Health booth assets, interactive features, and experiential activations.
  • Source meaningful giveaways that reflect TELUS Health’s brand values and resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and deliver event kits to be distributed in key US sales regions for localized events run exclusively by sales team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop pre-event marketing plans, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and content creation to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Equip onsite attendees with the tools and resources they need for success, including clear KPIs, scripts, and battlecards and lead capture processes.
  • Lead post-event debriefs with sales and marketing teams to evaluate performance, capture insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with sales leaders to implement lead follow-up processes, maximizing conversion opportunities to measure and report on event ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, storage, shipping and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Secure annual event budget with business case and ROI rationale, optimizing funds with strategic onsite activities, speaking opportunities, hosted receptions and PR amplification where warranted.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the health tech or B2B sector is preferred.
