Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably within the health tech or B2B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and deliver measurable business results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring event success and tracking lead-to-revenue outcomes.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to prioritize the annual event calendar of key industry events measured against business priorities and ROI potential.
- Provide pre-event logistics planning, onsite event support and facilitation to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team and preferred vendors to design and develop TELUS Health booth assets, interactive features, and experiential activations.
- Source meaningful giveaways that reflect TELUS Health’s brand values and resonate with target audiences.
- Create and deliver event kits to be distributed in key US sales regions for localized events run exclusively by sales team members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop pre-event marketing plans, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and content creation to drive awareness and engagement.
- Equip onsite attendees with the tools and resources they need for success, including clear KPIs, scripts, and battlecards and lead capture processes.
- Lead post-event debriefs with sales and marketing teams to evaluate performance, capture insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with sales leaders to implement lead follow-up processes, maximizing conversion opportunities to measure and report on event ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, storage, shipping and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
- Secure annual event budget with business case and ROI rationale, optimizing funds with strategic onsite activities, speaking opportunities, hosted receptions and PR amplification where warranted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the health tech or B2B sector is preferred.
