Requirements

  • University degree in science and/or business
  • Minimum of 5 years related pharmaceutical industry experience including marketing and sales
  • People Management experience is a definite asset
  • Business understanding, strong critical thinking and planning skills with ability to implement plans with excellence
  • Embraces an agile mentality to develop necessary processes to ensure consistent results
  • Experienced collaborator with inclusive leadership style and proven ability to work successfully within a diverse team
  • Strong learning agility and can adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Proven strong influencing skills and communication skills
  • Financial competence: capable of driving and managing budget responsibilities and inputting on forecast assumptions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional team to accelerate our growth trajectory for the brand
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and foster strong collaboration across functional areas (organizing individuals, activities, communications, and resources) to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
  • Prepare and lead meaningful customer sequence activities and implement campaigns across channels
  • Build professional relationships with Key External Experts and establish strong brand endorsement and advocacy among related therapy area
  • Develop strong relationships with counterparts across global markets to identify and new ways of working
  • Conduct robust budget planning and operational financial management
  • Monitor sales and business trends to spot potential opportunities and challenges fast
  • Lead and complete annual business strategic and execution plans as well as other business reviews
  • Translate insights into implemented strategies delivering a consistent voice across all channels
  • Empowering, mentoring and developing one direct report, Marketing Manager (MM)
  • Uphold a best-in-class commercial attitude to establish AstraZeneca as leaders in Hematology therapeutic area while cultivating an inclusive high-performance environment that values and leverages diversity
