Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
  • Coordinates the creation and placement of advertising in various media, including external and internal-facing websites.
  • Creates and updates graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, and other promotional products.
  • Coordinates with outside agencies on the preparation of advertising and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Develops promotional content for use at points of sales, exhibitions, conferences, and similar events.
  • Manage content calendars for internal and outside agencies and oversee the production of marketing assets, including copy, graphics, and videos.
  • Monitor and update brand assets to ensure alignment with current brand guidelines.
  • Maintains Messaging Matrix and applies consistently across media.
  • Researches and develops content for publication of products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, to align brand initiatives with company goals.
  • Support external vendor and agency relationships to facilitate project execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and organize brand documentation, guidelines, and archives.
  • Track and report key top-of-funnel metrics, such as impressions, CTR, followers, and lead generation.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for brand marketing activities.
