Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
- Coordinates the creation and placement of advertising in various media, including external and internal-facing websites.
- Creates and updates graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, and other promotional products.
- Coordinates with outside agencies on the preparation of advertising and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Develops promotional content for use at points of sales, exhibitions, conferences, and similar events.
- Manage content calendars for internal and outside agencies and oversee the production of marketing assets, including copy, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor and update brand assets to ensure alignment with current brand guidelines.
- Maintains Messaging Matrix and applies consistently across media.
- Researches and develops content for publication of products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, to align brand initiatives with company goals.
- Support external vendor and agency relationships to facilitate project execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and organize brand documentation, guidelines, and archives.
- Track and report key top-of-funnel metrics, such as impressions, CTR, followers, and lead generation.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for brand marketing activities.
