Requirements
- 5+ years of M&A experience (project management, integration)
- Proven experience in structuring M&A activities
- Expertise in system integration projects, including JDE/ SAP/ERP, financial, and operational platforms.
- Experience in Data Mapping, validation and integration
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Having an IT, construction, legal background is helpful
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end M&A project execution, from due diligence to post-merger integration, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee project plans from all the leads and timelines identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, finance, operations)
- Conduct due diligence assessments for the IT applications and work with the other teams on their due diligence (IE. Finance, Legal, etc)
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the M&A lifecycle.
- Oversee system and data integration between merging entities, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems.
- Define data mapping, validation, and cleansing strategies to ensure accurate migration and consistency.
