Requirements

- Demonstrated success at building distributed systems that are scalable, easy to understand, and maintainable.
- CS, mathematics, or similar degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Low ego, independent, accountable individuals who are curious and love to learn while sharing their knowledge with others.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Contribute to the system design of new product features.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the product.
- Help develop a strong engineering culture and high quality development and testing practices.
- Define, implement and evolve technical architecture.
- Drive key projects across development, quality, infrastructure and data engineering.
- Mentor more junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus: Expertise in healthcare, fintech, or banking.
- Bonus: Infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.
