Responsibilities
- Providing strategic occupancy planning expertise
- Managing the development of occupancy plans
- Sequencing group-level and individual moves
- Resolving planning issues identified during client planning sessions
- Ensuring the alignment of planning with corporate guidelines
- Recommending, educating, and enforcing space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols
- Notifying the client of customer-requested exceptions
- Assisting in developing site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Leadership
- Identifying space requirements and preparing and updating project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand at the building level
- Reporting on current supply and capacity, forecasting inventory changes as required, and reconciling discrepancies from top-down projections
Preferred Qualifications
- A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and trends such as the mobile or collaborative workplace is preferred
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
