Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic occupancy planning expertise
  • Managing the development of occupancy plans
  • Sequencing group-level and individual moves
  • Resolving planning issues identified during client planning sessions
  • Ensuring the alignment of planning with corporate guidelines
  • Recommending, educating, and enforcing space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols
  • Notifying the client of customer-requested exceptions
  • Assisting in developing site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Leadership
  • Identifying space requirements and preparing and updating project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand at the building level
  • Reporting on current supply and capacity, forecasting inventory changes as required, and reconciling discrepancies from top-down projections

Preferred Qualifications

  • A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and trends such as the mobile or collaborative workplace is preferred
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
