Requirements
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, or finance, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our analytics function to develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Trust and Safety’s mission.
- Create and deliver reports that inform strategic decision-making for Trust and Safety leadership.
- Implement and manage OKR framework that aligns with Trust and Safety’s priorities and contributes to Global Affairs’ broader mission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resourcing needs, including working with cross-functional partners.
- Partner with leadership to articulate priorities, business needs, and risks to the business and the mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in business operations, strategic planning, or related roles within a technology or trust and safety context.
- Experience in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with resourcing management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across Google.
