Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education
- Demonstrated experience in bringing multiple designs to volume production
- Deep knowledge of Altium Designer suite (essential) and its plugins like PDN analysis
- Own ECAD libraries and component management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative thinking
Responsibilities
- Create, review and maintain parts libraries
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to understand and define PCB design requirements
- Own the layout design of mixed signal boards ranging from low level signal to high current, high voltage
- Ensuring that all PCB designs comply with industry standards (IPC) and safety regulations (UL)
- Managing and coordinating with vendors and suppliers for PCB fabrication, DFM, DFT reviews
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to PCB designs, including specifications, and technical drawings
