Senior Planner – Corporate Planning

5+ years of experience in merchandise/financial planning, with at least 2-years’ experience in leadership roles
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

Develop and manage the annual budget and monthly forecasts by channel, aligning sales and margin projections with merchandising strategies
Directly responsible for inventory flow and receipt forecasting to support the FC team
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and new business opportunity recommendations
Evaluate financial performance and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Lead and implement process improvements and identify opportunities for enhanced tools to drive planning efficiency and accuracy
Lead ad hoc financial and strategic analysis to evaluate business initiatives
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the planning team and cross-functionally
Actively participate in self-development
Develop a planning team with strong ability to identify and articulate short- and long-term strategies supported by sound financial plans
Build trust and drive engagement across RGG Organization and support company decisions
Build and foster effective relationships and collaborate closely with Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Programing and other cross-functional teams
Influence decisions within the Planning team and cross-functionally
Possess solid presentation skills and the ability to build sound business cases
