Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience producing, publishing, and growing a weekly podcast/digital video brand, ideally in the finance/digital asset/crypto space
- Demonstrated success in a Sr. Producer role, including managing production teams, owning production schedules, and overseeing episodic production from concept through delivery
- Regular on crypto Twitter with knowledge of major crypto narratives/players, emerging stories, and breaking news
- Perspective on content growth strategy and proactive in seeking out new audiences and opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with high-profile talent, senior leadership, and external stakeholders
- Extremely organized and creative, with an ability to dive into data to measure success and performance
Responsibilities
- Own production management across a segment of the slate, managing schedules, workflows, and team members
- Oversee ideas from conception through production, including creating detailed interviewee briefings and story editing
- Proactively identify podcast guests for creating exceptional stories
- Lead the development and creation of podcast copy and produce social clips and content
- Work with the Director of Podcasts to develop new show concepts and review pitches
- Understand core audience segments and uncover insights for engagement and content evolution
- Drive engaging sponsorship campaigns that create exceptional results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing, implementing, and adapting production workflows (remote and in-studio)
- Coached show talent/hosts on improving their interviewing and hosting skillsets
- Developed a show from the ground up and understands how to vet a pitch/concept based on business/creative needs
