Requirements

  • BA or Equivalent, advanced degree and/or CFA/CAIA a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Interest and ability to represent a multi-asset class portfolio of exceptional investment managers
  • Blend of both investment acumen and client service experience
  • Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented professional
  • Accountability, a strong work ethic, unquestioned integrity and a record of strong professional performance
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of BBH products, practices and investment philosophy, a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of timely and thoughtful responses to Relationship Management/client enquiries
  • Draft communications for the Front Office and creating client-specific materials
  • Prepare high quality presentation content for Front Office and client materials
  • Assist with developing a process for CPMS to assist the Relationship Managers
  • Assist in writing market commentary that inspires client confidence
  • Stay informed of industry trends, investment manager updates, market and macroeconomic developments
  • Work with the Investment Team, CPMS, and Relationship Managers to provide analytics on client portfolios
  • Monitor key meeting takeaways and assist with ensuring that deliverables are met on a timely basis
  • Actively engage in IRG team discussions and work closely with IRG colleagues
  • Serve as an expert on our investment managers and portfolio approach
  • Oversee periodic review update of marketing collateral and client reporting materials
  • Produce written market commentary for dissemination to front office, client and prospects as appropriate
