Responsibilities

  • Provide overall HR strategic direction for a business unit
  • Lead teammates and support strategic HR change including transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional programs and project teams to provide expertise to various HR partners globally
  • Develop plans and change experiences that emphasize collective readiness as well as effective and coordinated activation
  • Lead the change management strategy and plan for company HR’s strategic change and transformation initiatives
  • Build a strategy that predicts and measures readiness and behavior adoption at any given moment in time
  • Play a leading role in building the capability of the Change Management team
  • Define and measure key metrics that will be used to assess what successful change management looks like within the company
  • Manage budget and relationship with selected external partners and contractors for change management efforts
