Responsibilities
- Provide overall HR strategic direction for a business unit
- Lead teammates and support strategic HR change including transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional programs and project teams to provide expertise to various HR partners globally
- Develop plans and change experiences that emphasize collective readiness as well as effective and coordinated activation
- Lead the change management strategy and plan for company HR’s strategic change and transformation initiatives
- Build a strategy that predicts and measures readiness and behavior adoption at any given moment in time
- Play a leading role in building the capability of the Change Management team
- Define and measure key metrics that will be used to assess what successful change management looks like within the company
- Manage budget and relationship with selected external partners and contractors for change management efforts
