Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 7 years of experience designing architecture solutions for information systems including data/information architecture, technical infrastructure architecture, and application architecture
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an implementation governance approach for the Enterprise Architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies.
- Facilitate the creation of governing principles to guide Enterprise Architecture decision-making.
- Design and drive an optimal governance structure and lead activities associated with Enterprise Architecture compliance.
- Oversee Enterprise Architecture implementation and ongoing refinement activities.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of Enterprise Architecture standards.
- Oversee the documentation of all architecture design and analysis work.
- Understand, advocate and support the enterprise’s IT strategies.
- Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive useful business context.
- Lead analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the Enterprise architecture.
- Develop and present Enterprise Architecture position papers on key technology direction and decisions within the bank.
- Promote the Enterprise Architecture process, outcomes, and results to the organization, including the enterprise’s IT and business leaders.
- Assess and communicate the value of the Enterprise Architecture.
- Help drive the evolution of the Enterprise architecture function/program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, network management, application development, et al)
- Banking industry experience, including regulation and risk
- Solution Architecture experience across the business, technology, data, application, and infrastructure domains
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Experience with SDLC, waterfall and agile delivery; DevOps and testing including experience with Cloud solution enablement
- Experience working with SOA, microservices, and modern web application frameworks
- Familiarly with basic information management priorities.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and Processing environments.
