Requirements
- Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Math, or a related field
- two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- two (2) years with linear optimization in supply chain planning with constrained resources
- two (2) years with regression and forecasting techniques for demand planning
- two (2) years with data modeling and analysis of large data sets using Python, R, Power BI, Excel
- two (2) years with manufacturing process engineering
- two (2) years with quality management and systems
- two (2) years with integrated circuit package design
- two (2) years with supply planning and advanced planning systems (Kinaxis, JDA, SAP)
- two (2) years with cross functional project management
- two (2) years with new product introduction management in semiconductor industry
Responsibilities
- Responsible for global supply chain planning for ASIC products
- Analyze supply-demand matching based on MRP run to determine root cause changes, shortages, and surpluses, and identify and drive course corrections
- Responsible for analyzing and ensuring weekly wafer starts per MPS
- Review all MRP system inputs with the functional owner to drive accountability and ensure accuracy as necessary, ensuring that all current data is being used by the planning engine
- Develop 12-month rolling capacity planning forecast for vendors
- Achieve target DOI by implementing an inventory strategy that optimizes DOI vs. on-time delivery
- Analyze product portfolio and historical demand patterns and recommend and maintain die bank and finished goods safety stock
- Review quarterly and adjust as needed
- Develop detailed plans by understanding product transitions from Engineering to production, product revisions, product ramps and declines
- Present supply plan and challenges to business units
- Manage disposition of aged/inactive inventory by working with the business units and finance teams
- Responsible for achieving and improving customer shipping performance by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions
