Requirements
- Completion of a university degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of direct operations experience in wealth management industry, 5+ years of relevant experience in total preferably in the financial services industry
- Risk and change management experience is an asset
- Experience supporting technology integration efforts
Responsibilities
- Provide active support to the client-facing team by providing client onboarding support and resolving issues throughout the client lifecycle
- Act as a critical bridge between back office, client-facing teams, compliance, and portfolio management teams
- Assist with the generation of recurring client-facing reports, including quarterly statements, CRM2, and tax packages
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on internal systems, such as advisor platforms, Salesforce, and other tools
- Provide support for internal process tracking, issue resolution, and escalations for Relationship Managers and client-facing teams
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the Private Wealth business, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and eliminating waste
- Support the development and documentation of end-to-end operational workflows
- Collaborate on the agile integration of new technology solutions
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across internal systems such as the CRM platform, custodian system, and other tools
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal reporting, including dashboards, SLA tracking, and issue resolution metrics
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to craft and maintain clear, user-friendly process documentation for internal stakeholders
- Support change management efforts for new technology deployments and integrations within the department
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CPA/CA, or additional designations/certifications is a nice to have

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate medium to complex issues to a variety of audiences clearly and succinctly
