Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong experience in managing global vendor relationships across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Familiarity with spend analytics and ERP systems.
- Ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality.
- Understanding of legal, financial, and compliance considerations in vendor agreements, working closely with Legal but not leading contract negotiations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling company with a complex vendor ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with Aircall’s business goals.
- Lead vendor selection and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness, service quality, and scalability.
- Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and spend optimization across the company.
- Establish and track KPIs for procurement performance, focusing on cost savings, supplier efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance, pricing, and contract compliance.
- Lead pricing and service negotiations with suppliers to maximize value while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Develop and implement a supplier evaluation and selection framework to ensure alignment with company needs.
- Work closely with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with business objectives, though this role does not directly lead contract negotiations.
- Establish and enforce procurement policies and processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
- Ensure procurement activities align with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure vendors meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
- Implement tools and systems to streamline procurement operations and improve visibility into company-wide spend.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and Business Leaders to align procurement with company needs.
- Provide strategic procurement insights to stakeholders, helping teams optimize vendor relationships.
