Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of progressive procurement experience
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to operate independently as a proactive/strategic thinker
- Experience in establishing or improving a procurement function
- Collaborative work style and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
- Data driven with knowledge of data analysis

Responsibilities
- Lead the Procurement function across the company
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and processes
- Evaluate current processes and tools for managing procurement
- Completely own the Procurement function at Everlaw
- Manage Everlaw’s purchasing policy and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners
- Lead and prioritize new vendor sourcing initiatives
- Lead bi-weekly vendor review syncs with key internal stakeholders
- Collaborate in the vendor selection process and lead pricing negotiations
- Conduct initial vendor agreement reviews
- Partner with Legal on drafting agreements for vendor engagements
- Manage Procurement Operations and provide guidance
- Track and report quarterly procurement performance metrics
- Manage addressable vendor spend via purchase orders
- Identify tail-spend and create action plans
- Collaborate on budget planning and forecasting of vendor spend
- Continuous improvement of the procurement process
- Educate and train employees in the procure-to-pay process
- Provide Procurement recommendations and insights
- Administrative management of key procurement software systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-procurement tools (i.e. ZIP, Ironclad, and Tropic)
- Ability to envision and build the team, processes, and systems for procurement
- Active Certificate of Professional Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from ISM or equivalent certification
