Responsibilities
- Uncover and explore the most important user problems to focus on by running user research with easily accessible customers.
- Help set priorities using a combination of user research and quantitative data.
- Create useful, friendly, and effective interfaces for tens of thousands of daily small and large business users.
- Help the squad and the business make decisions that improve the depth and breadth of our inventory and business services.
- Be a mentor to a growing team of designers by improving our design process, while setting a high bar in defining out ‘great design.’
- Be curious and motivated to make an impact on your product, your team, and your users.
