Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design (UX/UI), with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills, including effective communication and experience working closely with product managers, and engineers to craft a long-term vision and roadmap for your product areas.
- Exceptional visual design ability and a keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect, high-quality user interfaces.
- Experience with design systems, demonstrating an ability to maintain a consistent and scalable design language across products.
Responsibilities
- Work in a dual track agile process, taking full ownership of design projects from discovery to delivery, and driving a user-centred process that delivers impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Champion the user’s perspective at every stage, using user research, data, and testing to inform design iterations and ensure the product is intuitive, accessible, and meets user needs.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system by creating and refining UI components and interaction patterns, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience.
