Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful user experiences
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography
- Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to design and deliver impactful, user-centered solutions across digital products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system to ensure consistency and scalability in your design outputs
Responsibilities
- Understand product goals and objectives, translate requirements into actionable design solutions, and address user pain points while contributing to the company’s key performance indicators (OKRs)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to design and deliver user-centered features and functionality across multiple platforms
- Develop and present thoughtful, innovative, and user-focused design solutions that enhance the customer experience. Clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding
- Advocate for and incorporate user research into the design process. Share findings to inform product development and refine solutions. Must be comfortable with running live A/B experiments and contribute to research strategy
- Actively participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Serve as a design advocate across the organization.
