Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years focused on consumer-facing native mobile products
- Deep expertise in native iOS design, with familiarity in Android design principles
- Proven experience designing 0→1 products and building new experiences from the ground up
- Strong systems thinking, with a track record of creating scalable design systems and cross-platform UI patterns
- Strategic approach to UX, with strengths in information architecture and usability
- Passion for crafting visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
- Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions
- Comfortable working independently and making informed design choices, while also thriving in collaborative environments
Responsibilities
- Play a fundamental role in designing the mobile app from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience, design, and technical feasibility are aligned
- Develop high-quality, scalable UI components and patterns, keeping in mind iOS/Android guidelines and cross-platform consistency
- Create engaging and intuitive product features, leveraging your deep expertise in native mobile design, prototyping, and user interaction
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency across the mobile app and web experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design iterations
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Brand teams to translate product strategy into visually stunning, user-centered designs
- Present design concepts and prototypes clearly to stakeholders and participate in the product development process from ideation to final handoff
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the user experience on mobile
