Senior Product Designer – Transfers & Cashiering

5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer; at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization
Strong UX, visual design, and product thinking skills
Comfort with an iterative design process using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design and product improvements
A love for testing prototypes to create seamless, intuitive user experiences
Technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
Superb communication skills
Creative problem-solving abilities

Work closely with Product and Engineering to visualize a revolutionary new platform for financial advisors and their clients
Work closely with the Trading team to build an industry-leading trading experience for RIAs
Build detailed product flows, including error states and edge cases
Design for both desktop and mobile
Apply data, research, and customer insights to design decisions
Align with product and engineering to determine what success means for a given initiative
Own the end-to-end design from ideation and research to execution
Iterate quickly through mockups and clickable prototypes that may range in fidelity and functionality
Work within defined timelines to prioritize your work for maximum impact
Work within our existing styles and design system to create a cohesive experience
