Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or similar discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Physics, or related)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience; or advanced degree required
- Must be comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, system block diagrams, electrical schematics, engineering specifications, and manufacturing requirements
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and motivate individuals without direct authority
- Takes initiative to begin projects independently
- Strong interpersonal skills; Especially presentation and story-telling skills
- Leader and motivator of personnel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as required
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy (including specifications and roadmaps)
- Coordinate product life cycle initiatives
- Track product health
- Cross-functional engagement with account managers, engineering, operations, and executive leadership
- Manage and own PLC gate reviews
- Develop PRDs for new products
- Assist Technical Account Managers (TAMs) in specification reviews
- Prioritize engineering projects based on field input and internal resource availability
- Work closely with Project Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor/Semiconductor capital equipment experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Inspection and Metrology a plus
