Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally to develop a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Drive execution of the roadmap in collaboration with partner teams: making trade-offs and ensuring frequent and clear communication
- Partner with other product teams to design features that help members recover and restore their LinkedIn accounts
- Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
- Clearly communicate member needs, opportunities, risks, and more with cross functional teams and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Former work experience in a technology-related field (especially AI/ML)
- Experience working in the trust and safety domain (especially adversarial scopes)
- Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch
- Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage and technologies including experience with social media and generative AI
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Business Development, and Investigations teams
- Excellent communication skills (including with executives) and ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
