Responsibilities
- You will lead a product development team focused on building AI-generated deliverables for customers.
- Solve problems for customers, using qualitative (interviews, user testing) and quantitative (usage analysis, experimentation) means to discover pain, define problems, and validate solutions.
- Shape new initiatives by working backwards from the customer experience to write compelling mock press releases and FAQs. Articulate, defend, and develop your point of view with C-level stakeholders.
- Drive new initiatives with extreme focus, top speed, and rigorous quality.
- Serve as product owner for a top-notch development team. Organize the backlog, crush blockers, minimize distractions.
- Collaborate tightly with your designer and engineering lead as a trio to lead your team.
- Prioritize your team’s roadmap based on customer value and commercial impact, with 60 days of defined work and 6 months of visibility into the future.
- Get your hands dirty on everything from QA to data labeling to prompt engineering. No job is too small.
- Frame positioning and propose pricing & packaging. Work with marketing and enablement to equip GTM. Present internally and with customers.
- Define, report on, and deliver improvements in user retention and engagement.
