Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager in an agile, cross-functional product team
- Proven experience in developing B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers, driving business impact with a proven track record for customer facing delivery
- A data-informed approach to product management and prioritization, relying on data for your decision-making and for quantifying the potential impact of an initiative
- An ability to approach topics with systems thinking, simplifying potentially complex collaborative product workflows in order to deliver concrete customer outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication across teams
- A drive to understand the customer through continuous customer discovery and user research, at all stages of the development lifecycle
- A keen eye for usability and aesthetics, ensuring that product experiences are user-friendly, simple, and visually appealing
Responsibilities
- Develop brand-new customer outcomes for our Mobile Analytics product line
- Embrace data and deeply understand our users through leveraging Heap Product Analytics
- Drive continuous product discovery and research with customers, partnering with Design to iteratively improve mockups based on feedback
- Leverage experimentation, breaking down projects into achievable milestones to effectively iterate to the best solution
- Collaborate with Design to ensure you’re building easy-to-use, self-service, and delightful experiences for our customers
- Weigh up development tradeoffs, focusing on delivering product outcomes that drive key metrics of adoption, retention, and engagement
- Distil development strategy into actionable roadmap plans, and effectively communicate them to the wider Engineering, Product and Design group
- Run go-to-market motions for new product offerings, collaborating with product marketing to create compelling external promotion as well as internal enablement material
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging Product Analytics solutions (eg Heap, Amplitude, Pendo) and Digital Experience Analytics solutions (Session Replay, Heatmaps) is a plus
- Experience in delivering mobile application related products and services is a plus
