Responsibilities
- Product Strategy Development: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for MSP-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with Druva’s overall business objectives and the evolving needs of the MSP market.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the MSP landscape, informing product development and positioning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches and adoption among MSPs.
- Partner Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key MSP partners, understanding their business models and requirements to co-develop solutions that drive mutual growth.
- Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and collateral that resonate with MSPs and effectively communicate the value of Druva’s solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success within the MSP segment, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS Product Expertise: Experience in managing SaaS products and understanding of cloud architectures and deployment models.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on channel or related ecosystem.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B channel ecosystem, including business models, operational challenges, and service delivery frameworks.
