Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, CTV or Advertising Measurement
- Experience influencing cross functional partners, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership
- Excellent communicator, presentation skills and can tell stories that inspire, captivate, and draw others to action
- Execution rigor – Thinking through end-to-end operations, detailed requirements for engineering, and can see around corners in execution preventing technical problems from arising at launch
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize the most important products to launch
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
Responsibilities
- Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Working with engineering, sales, strategy and product marketing teams to develop a product vision and bring it to life
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience in creating accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
