Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager for enterprise products
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI-based user-facing experiences
- 3+ years of experience creating platform strategy and roadmap
- BS / BA in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Identify high impact opportunities to evolve the existing platform leveraging AI
- Drive the product definition and delivery of platform capabilities
- Analyze data to establish, monitor and measure metrics that influence decision-making
- Function as a central resource with research, design, development, and automation engineers as the product(s) move through their lifecycle
- Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the team’s ability to meet strategic and technical goals
- Research industry and technological trends
- Prioritize features, bugs and partner with engineering to manage remediation and release process
- Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ (and reason) during product development
- Promote high team morale, engagement and momentum
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI-based user-facing experiences
- Experience as an engineer
- Ability to learn quickly and think about problems from different perspectives
- Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and professionally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills—adept at communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
- Passion for leveraging data informed analysis to define scalable solutions and drive prioritization
