Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the HR, analytics, business planning, or similar industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful go-to-market launches with business impact
  • Strong preference for experience working with products related to workforce planning, business planning, FP&A, etc.
  • A BA/BS degree in a marketing, product, technical or business field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement comprehensive launch plans (including cross-sell, retention, and new customer acquisition) to drive successful adoption and engagement
  • Establish clear buyer personas; develop positioning and compelling narratives that set Visier apart and capture our value in a way that resonates with those buyers
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs and feedback, and competitive landscape to guide product development and marketing initiatives
  • Equip sales teams with tools and resources to effectively communicate about Visier solutions
  • Plan and support marketing campaigns with the broader team to drive awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships
  • Track and evaluate product marketing initiatives using data, and measuring how your work impacts sales outcomes
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution
