Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of program management experience
- 5+ years leading enterprise transformation or tech-driven strategic initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate across service lines, technology, operations, and vendors to drive program success and cohesion
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across complex project scopes
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs to track and measure success
- Establish and oversee governance frameworks, program cadences, and communication plans for executive visibility
- Ensure change management and stakeholder communication strategies are embedded into all phases of program delivery
- Analyze key operational data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, while promoting transparency, accountability, and performance excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial or professional services
- Agile delivery experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Proficient in program management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
