Requirements
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
- Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Deep expertise in data platforms, proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience using and enhancing analytic products and user experiences
- Strong SQL or Python skills to understand the user experience and be hands-on with data driven decision making
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex migration initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration abilities
- Skilled in developing and implementing change management programs for technical users
- Strong organizational capabilities and expertise in managing change effectively
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a hacker mentality
- History mentoring and developing teams
Responsibilities
- Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
- Achieve Chase Strategic Priorities: Ensure successful adoption of the Snowflake platform by Data & Analytics professionals, and controlled shutdown of heritage data warehouse platforms
- Develop and execute an end-to-end migration program, aligning with Chase’s broader data modernization goals
- Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align on migration objectives and drive organizational change
- Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption, address resistance, and ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption
- Highly motivated leader with a commitment to enhancing user experience and a passion for data-driven innovation
- Will have the initiative to develop impactful solutions and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
