Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management or a related, strategic or operational role supporting a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • 2+ years of experience in data and analytics, or B2B SaaS.
  • Data industry knowledge: Familiarity with data integration, cloud platforms, and analytics trends is desired.
  • Experience working with Product and Product Marketing: Experience leading end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly-organized with proven project management expertise: Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (ex., Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, etc). Ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyze performance, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making. Comfortable synthesizing insights from multiple sources to optimize program execution and improve marketing processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from technical ICs to executive leadership.
  • Self-starter with an ‘owner’ mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and driving projects forward without constant direction. Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to make informed decisions independently.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the execution of 5 – 10 go-to-market launches per year, ranging from Tier 1, 2, and 3, ensuring smooth and timely launches that hit our product adoption and marketing pipeline goals. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Program manage large-scale projects, including strategic events and brand campaigns: Program manage events such as Snowflake Summit, ensuring event deadlines are met and the impact of events are maximized. Program manage brand campaigns, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.
  • Monitor execution progress of assigned programs and key milestones, preparing and presenting program updates to senior leadership that highlight successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement – deeply understanding each and the why behind them.
  • Support broader Marketing team initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve overall team processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team collaboration. Support scheduling team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and action items are followed up on.
  • Support Marketing Leadership on prep for company-wide meetings. Support VP on ad hoc projects, basis.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Enablement, and other Marketing teams like Demand Generation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and executing effectively against the launch plan for GTM launches and their assigned deliverables for other Marketing projects.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and cross-functional meetings to track progress, address roadblocks, and maintain alignment on launch/project priorities. Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early in the process, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to keep launches/projects on track.
