7+ years of program management experience working with multiple cross-functional development teams in product engineering (full-stack)
Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and deliver large-scale and complex initiatives
Ability to apply project management frameworks to the correct scenarios
Succinct and clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to adjust style to suit the audience
Detailed and actionable documentation skills
Proficient with related software and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, G-Suite, Slack)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional programs of varying complexity while ensuring alignment with business strategy and guiding teams from development to end-user adoption
Partner with product managers and engineering teams to integrate money movement functionalities, wealth management processes, and transaction handling while leading initiatives for account funding, withdrawals, escheatments, and IRA distributions
Collaborate with engineering leads to develop project plans, estimate work efforts, identify dependencies, and allocate resources to deliver financial transaction and investment product capabilities
Anticipate changes, manage risks related to financial transactions and regulatory compliance, and define priorities and deliverables while balancing trade-offs to ensure project success
Provide clarity and actionable insights to teams and business leaders while driving critical decisions in money movement, escheatment processes, wealth management services, and compliance
Ensure all product and service initiatives comply with financial regulations, including those governing money movement, escheatment processes, and wealth management
