Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI; preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex new product introductions and programs
- Advanced users on Asana, Smartsheet and Jira
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.
Responsibilities
- Leading and orchestrating the execution of multiple product development and launching programs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Providing consistent updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and milestones
- Optimizing operational processes to improve collaboration, scalability, and organizational impact
- Acting as a central liaison for cross-functional alignment, addressing program risks, and resolving bottlenecks proactively
- Fostering a culture of iterative improvement by ensuring feedback is integrated into process refinements
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- A track record of risk mitigation and operational excellence
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications
