Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management or a similar role.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with process management and improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage Engineering excellence processes, including: Key Engineering health, Reliability initiatives, Launch gating and approvals, Critical projects leadership reviews, Support planning processes.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including consolidated reviews and updates.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Streamline complex areas of continuous cross-organizational interactions.
- Support Infra Capacity management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in the relevant engineering industry or domain.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical background and understanding of engineering processes.
