Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies to grow the business as part of an overarching business strategy
- Support pursuit and order capture activities, including strategy development, customer contact and influence, proposal development, and negotiation
- Support program execution (NRE development of hardware/software and recurring sales), meeting financial, technical and schedule objectives through management of risks and opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan
- Manage design to cost (DTC) goals for products to meet gross margin targets
- Manage single source obsolescence for existing products
- Lead complex teams with some matrixed responsibilities
- Coordinate with Engineering, Business Development, Operations, and fellow Value Stream Leaders to develop and leverage product line solutions and capabilities
- Lead decision making for the IPTs and apply critical thinking where incomplete data exists
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Security Clearance is preferred
- Experience with military waveforms, datalinks, and/or existing software defined radio products is preferred
