- Experience with project Construction Administration of specific value.
- Experience with multiple different construction management agreements.
- Experience with deferred maintenance projects.
- Comfort with a variety of different project types.
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering challenging projects.
- Contributing to the development of project budgeting and scheduling.
- Overseeing the strategy and execution through completion of construction.
- Providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
- Experience in construction management preferred.
