Requirements

  • 6+ years Product Operations, Planning, or Project / Program Management experience; demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibilities
  • Experience working with subscription businesses or consumer creative software products or Product Marketing / Product Management

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Worldwide Product Marketing group—representing the customer throughout a product’s journey from concept through development and launch
  • Facilitate operations between product, technology, marketing, design, legal, public relations and business
  • Support business & product goals, using expert skills to implement processes as well as improve operations and communications
  • Lead day-to-day progress of tasks and results and coordinate product requirements and cross-functional roadmaps
  • Represent the Creativity Apps Product team’s strategic priorities and negotiate with partners across the organization
  • Communicate regular updates and completion of deliverables across Creativity Apps
  • Manage risks and dependencies for Creativity Apps initiatives, ensuring roadblocks are removed and open issues are resolved
  • Stay detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining a high level perspective of the project

  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high pressure situations
  • Executive presence and comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership
  • Understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
  • Familiar with metrics, operations, and the complete software product lifecycle
  • Eye towards product strategy and can provide input to help drive cross-functional initiatives forward
  • Able to anticipate and resolve problems while staying the course on overall business and project priorities
