Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the finance or risk management sectors.
• Strong understanding of supplier risk management principles, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• In depth knowledge of European Union Digital Operational Resilience regulation (DORA).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure project documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Able to work hybrid schedule in our San Mateo, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Developing and managing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Communicating project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
• Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive project success.
