Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; or equivalent years of experience is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a managed care health care environment with experience in provider contracting, contract interpretation and internal operations of provider relations function required.
Responsibilities
- Leading contracting efforts to achieve financial and other organizational goals.
- Leading negotiations and collaborating with various teams to ensure providers meet regulatory obligations.
- Compiling and presenting information on progress, increasing brand awareness, and bringing in new providers.
- Participating in the budgeting process and conducting data analysis to achieve cost savings.
