Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on non-technical teams or a generalist background
- Practical experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms
- Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities
- Highly self-motivated and driven to get things done
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders, team members and candidates
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
- Passionate about education and technology
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and help to strategize best recruiting efforts
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for critical reqs to include developing recruiting strategies, actively sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, candidate management throughout the hiring process and presenting/negotiating offers
- Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best network of candidates for our teams
- Become an expert on IXL Learning so that you can inform candidates about our products, positions, and company culture
- Develop closing strategies for candidates, ensuring that they have the information they need to make the best decision
- Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
