Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing technical talent
- Proven success hiring across a range of seniority levels, including Staff-level and above
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders with business aligned recommendations
- Passion for delivering high touch, white-glove candidate experiences
- Track record of operational excellence, managing systems, data integrity, and reporting with precision
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, across multiple simultaneous searches
- Deliver white glove candidate experiences throughout the process from first outreach to offer
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with thoughtful recommendations and talent insights
- Leverage data, dashboards, and tools to inform hiring strategies, measure outcomes, and drive operational excellence
- Partner with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and interviewers to ensure seamless process execution
- Anticipate roadblocks or shifts in hiring priorities and provide proactive, forward-thinking solutions
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency, speed, and quality
- Represent Airbnb with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for our mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Greenhouse, GEM, Airtable, and other recruiting tools is a plus
