Requirements
- High school diploma with 6-10 years of experience in microwave electronics, an associate degree, or equivalent Military training and experience
- Eligibility for government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Expert level knowledge of network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and RF signal sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic hand soldering skills
- Good hand-eye coordination for tasks requiring precision under a microscope
- Familiarity with ESD Control Plans and Safety Procedures
Responsibilities
- Support Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) by testing and troubleshooting medium to highly complex microwave modules
- Collaborate directly with design engineers to enhance designs and testing methods
- Utilize knowledge of microwave measurements and equipment such as Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes
- Operate both individually and within a team to perform detailed testing and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with engineering teams during product introductions and train operators in our expanding module manufacturing group
- Set up and calibrate test stations
- Review and summarize test data for review with engineering team
- Assemble breadboards, test fixtures, and wiring harnesses
