Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in our ideal customer profile (ICP) while executing strategic outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and qualifying inbound leads to build a healthy pipeline
- Craft personalized messaging that resonates with prospects’ challenges, generating genuine interest and securing qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to target key accounts, refine messaging strategies, and ensure smooth handoffs that maximize conversion rates
- Effectively utilize our sales tech stack (Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track activities, analyze performance, and continuously improve your results
- Meet or exceed your pipeline generation targets while providing valuable prospect feedback that helps refine our sales processes and positions you as a trusted advisor in the insurance revenue space
- Participate in relevant industry events and develop the knowledge to establish yourself as a knowledgeable resource in the insurance revenue space
