Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations with a focus on automation and process optimization.
- Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including automation, integrations, and data management.
- Experience with lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Orum, LeanData, Aircall, Slack Elevate).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales data.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion and increase the velocity of sales.
- Design automated workflows to assist sales teams with real-time data, CRM updates, and process simplification.
- Identify bottlenecks in opportunity process (proposals, portal creation, contracting, QCing) and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows and minimize manual intervention from support team.
- Iterate on current lead ingestion processes, further automate outreach sequences to improve engagement and speed-to-lead, and build scalable solutions to prevent leakage.
- Enhance Salesforce CRM capabilities with native features such as custom workflows and VR Rules, integrate advanced features such as Einstein Scoring and Bots, and ensure seamless integration with other sales technology platforms.
- Work with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing and Sales to align automation strategies with business goals and enhance the end-to-end sales process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven sales automation tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or API integrations
- Prior experience in a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and forecasting methodologies
