Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing and leading a Sales team, ideally within a startup environment
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Creative and strategic mindset with a knack for identifying and amplifying market opportunities
- Passionate about coaching and the development of people
- Operational rigor – always looking for ways to solve and improve technical and process inefficiencies that impact the sales funnel
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coach a world-class team of Account Executives and Account Managers on our AB Channel Sales team
- Build and execute our strategic account-based selling (outbound) motion
- Identify opportunities in the business and execute projects to improve our sales process, strategy and playbooks
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, etc.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
- Analyze data and feedback to refine and optimize approaches for maximum impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or a neobank
- Worked with SMBs and/or ABs in North America
