Requirements
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification is highly preferred.
- Multiple years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex development projects.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative automation tools and the Salesforce data model.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning development is a must.
- Lightning Web Component development experience
- Experience in Salesforce integration with Box, AWS S3
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality business solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce team, including overseeing and reviewing the work of other developers, and mentoring junior developers.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Execute data migration and data quality initiatives, including the use of tools like Data Loader and duplication management tools.
- Analyze complex systems and troubleshoot and isolate system issues. Recommend enhancements to existing configurations to improve system performance and user experience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure that all solutions are robust and performant before deployment.
- Manage Salesforce releases, using tools such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical documentation.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to make recommendations on process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce AI / Agentforce experience.
- Media industry experience.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Familiarity with Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Familiarity with modern software development tools and practices such as Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
