Requirements
- Ph.D. and 0-2+ years of relevant experience or a BS/MS and 8+ years of relevant experience in Immunology, Biochemistry or a related field
- Experience in immunoassay development for in vitro protein characterization studies, such as ligand-receptor binding and/or blocking
- Laboratory experience with ELISA and Flow cytometry
- Experience with antibody isolation and characterization
- Knowledge of how to qualify and validate immunoassays is a plus
Responsibilities
- Designing, planning, and independently performing experiments for isolating and characterizing anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibodies
- Developing and optimizing various immunoassays from scratch
- Documenting experimental procedures and results in a well-organized fashion and generating experimental reports
- Synthesizing results across experiments and programs in presentations and present to colleagues and senior management, including clinical and regulatory teams
- Collaborating closely with multiple teams across Research & Development
