Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data and/or security engineering.
- Familiarity with data lake architectures and best practices for security data management.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes for large-scale data environments.
- Strong programming skills in one or more general-purpose languages (Python, Go, Rust, etc.) and familiarity with one or more infrastructure as code languages (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) in a production capacity.
- Ability to develop and maintain systems in cloud environments and familiarity with deploying code through CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement log aggregation pipelines for Anduril infrastructure and applications.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a security data lake for centralized security data management.
- Design and implement ETL processes for security data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Collaborate with teams to establish best practices for data usage (e.g., search functionality).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building high-volume log ingestion and storage pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security ecosystems and tooling.
- Experience with supporting multiple access patterns for data stored in various formats (using tools other than Splunk).
